If it is not freshly baked, it is placed in a transparent bag from the beginning. Each item is placed in a paper bag, giving it a luxurious feel. It looks like it would be good as a souvenir or gift. I also bought a fruit sandwich that is only available on Fridays and Saturdays, and it was fresh and delicious. Izumi was seriously a delicious loaf of bread that could be eaten as is. When I ate the Uchiyama as is the next day, it was a little hard, so I think it would be best to bake it as instructed. They sell bread crusts for 50 yen per bag. (lol) I think it's definitely softer and more delicious than regular commercially available bread crusts. As expected, they are bread ears, but they are not something you can get for free. There seems to be an original jam, but I couldn't find it. Maybe it was before it was released. They also sell rusks. The building has a unique interior that resembles an art gallery, giving it the feel of a high-end bakery. I'm also curious about the other building outside.
