Although it is an izakaya, the ramen that ends the restaurant is delicious, prepared by the owner who is an expert in Japanese cuisine, and the restaurant focuses on ramen for lunch. I heard through reviews that the limited edition scallops were delicious, so I ordered the ``Seasonal Scallops and Clams Ramen'' + Mini Seafood Bowl while thinking about soy sauce. The first thing that was brought to me was ramen. Just by looking at it, you'll think, "Yes, it's super delicious." The visuals, the colors, the impact of the scallops. Everything is complete. First, take a sip of the soup. If I only had the taste of clams and garlic, I'd think of Vongole, but the creaminess of the scallops and the aroma of the seaside matched well, and the delicious flavor stuck in my brain. A different level of deliciousness that cannot be compared to ramen or Western food. It doesn't really feel like ramen from an izakaya. Moreover, the other menu items such as oyster ramen, sea bream salt ramen, salmon ramen, and ikawa ramen are all so varied that they could easily become the restaurant's signature menu. When it comes to fish-based soups, there are many soups that are elegant and often bland (just salty), but here I can only hope that the original flavor will be brought out. The seafood bowl is also luxurious with lots of ingredients and liver.
