Gifu, Japan｜Miyabijapo Sumidamachiten

I visited the store around 21:00 on Saturday to try the Kuroge Wagyu Hitsumabushi. The shop was crowded, but luckily I was able to enter in about 5 minutes waiting time. The long-awaited Kuroge Wagyu Hitsumabushi is just as I imagined, the meat is soft and juicy, and it's even more delicious when topped with a soft-boiled egg and Japanese pepper! Personally, I was more satisfied with eating it as it is because the taste is diluted when it is ochazuke. The price is quite expensive, but I would like to eat it again.

I used it at my company's year-end party. This is my second time using it. The top course was the Mogami Kuroge Wagyu Beef Hitsumabushi course, and it was a feast that I couldn't finish. I'm very satisfied. Everything was delicious, but the beef hitsumabushi and beef tongue shabu-shabu were especially delicious. Thank you for the meal.
