It's a cold day with powder snow falling even in Osaka. I went to Wakayama As soon as you enter the store, you will see a craftsman with the aura of a master at the kitchen counter. It's amazing how easy it is to create the currently trending sizzle feeling. (slightly different) Dashi-rolled eggs with a high proportion of dashi stock and famous handmade tofu. The simmering dishes, which can be said to be the essence of Japanese cuisine, were authentic and delicious. The upper-class Yakiniku restaurant next door called Kinoya also seems to be an affiliated restaurant. Being affiliated with a delicious yakiniku restaurant means they have a solid supply chain!

I used it for sightseeing from outside the prefecture, but I was able to have a very relaxing dinner in a private room. In addition to the basic menu, there is also a daily menu, so you can eat variously. I was put through a private room with an aquarium, so I enjoyed eating while watching the movement of the fish.

A total of 8 people, including my family and my younger brother's family, visited on my father's birthday. When I informed them at the time of reservation that I had a 1-year-old child, they provided me with a large room with tatami flooring and a horigotatsu.
