The quality and quantity of food is above the average, price is reasonable, staff are pleasant and friendly.

Full sit down restaurant with good food. Very reasonable price. This is a chain restaurant with lots of branches all over Japan.

Everybody knows Otoya I guess, but good to remind it: best cost healthy meals any time for very reasonable cost less than 1000¥). Just for that it deserves 5 stars (few restaurant offer such a good ratio).
