More Comments at Google MapFantastic lunch in Sakurashinmachi. I ordered their signature dish which consisted of Hire Katsu, Menchi Katsu stuffed with Camembert cheese, and Ebi. The lunch set comes with rice, miso soup, and pickled radish. Starting of with the Hire Katsu, it was fantastic. The pork was extremely soft and the fried crust is not too oily. Eating this with just salt is already very good. The Menchi Katsu was also great. Very juicy and paired very well with the Camembert cheese. Ebi was a good mix to the combination. Perfectly fried and I finished the whole body. I can really tell that the chef put a lot of effort into making the katsu. It really shows in the food. They also have a good selection of wine to pair with the katsu. Will definitely come back again.
They have the best menchikatsu I have ever tried.
Did you have a stall at a festival before? I took a bite of it and found it to be delicious, so my long-awaited wish came true and I went there the other day. I was traveling with children, and they explained things to me in an easy-to-understand manner. My personal favorites were the sausage platter and miso stew! (I forgot the photo of the stew... It was very delicious. There are many types of wine, so I would like to hear your recommendations next time...♡
