More Comments at Google MapA quite local pearl… highly recommended!
A restaurant tucked away in a residential area. The tables are spacious sofa seats, so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. What I had for lunch that day was pork cheese cutlet and potato salad. The crispy fried bonito goes well with the cheese, and the sauce is also flavorful. The potato salad with plenty of creamy mentaiko mayonnaise sauce is so delicious that I order it every time. The owner chef was said to have studied under Rokusaburo Dojo, also known as the Iron Chef. A well-known local restaurant that serves delicious food with reliable techniques and careful work. I think all restaurants are having a hard time due to the coronavirus pandemic, but I think it's lonely and boring to see more and more franchise restaurants, so I want to support local independent restaurants like this one. I will continue to visit. ★ Added (2021.5.9) For future reference, I have added a photo of the daily lunch menu I recently had. ◯ Bonito bowl ◯Sautéed swordfish ◯Ginger grilled pork All of them are reasonably priced and come with rice and miso soup for less than 1,000 yen. The cozy atmosphere allows you to enjoy your meal comfortably, whether you are alone or as a family with children.
This is a Japanese and Western restaurant run by a disciple of Rokuzaburo Dojo, the Iron Man of Japan. That's why two pieces of colored paper written by Dojo Master Rokusaburo are displayed. Both Japanese and Western food are delicious. And I realized that the food was especially delicious. Do you directly purchase rice that is sun-dried by farmers? Anyway, it's delicious! There are no compromises in the rice or the way it is cooked. Each job is carefully done. There is no doubt that this place is quite a hidden gem.
