More Comments at Google MapWe recommend a window seat with a view of Yokohama Station. A Japanese restaurant located on the 8th floor of Yokohama Station Newman. Shirasu is a specialty. Whitebait from Wakayama is large and soft, and has a delicious flavor that is different from Shonan whitebait. Other fish-based set meals are also delicious. The soy sauce is not the usual one, but the lemon soy sauce is refreshing and good. Thank you for the meal.
This is the restaurant of Mr. Yamatoshi, who produces whitebait in Wakayama. You can enjoy the delicious whitebait carefully selected by the owner, Mr. Kimura ❤ It is located in a fashionable spot called Newman in Yokohama. Personally, I recommend the 3 types of whitebait. This is a luxurious bowl where you can enjoy kettle-fried whitebait, sun-dried whitebait, and tsukudani whitebait at the same time. I'd like to go to Yamari in Wakayama someday and try the raw shirasu 😆This is just a suggestion, but it might be better for the person who serves the food other than the kitchen and floor partition to be a woman. To create a soft atmosphere 😉
I ordered a set meal (1,650 yen) that came with salt-grilled mackerel! The mackerel was fatty and the skin was crispy and delicious! ! There were three types of whitebait that came with it, so I enjoyed the various flavors. The window side is large and the view is nice, so I would like to use it again!
