Came to the store after 9pm after an event in the Minato Mirai area. I had been curious about it for a while, so I lined up because the line was smaller than usual. It took about 15 minutes for our turn to arrive. Perhaps because it was crowded, I was asked to order when I entered the store, and I ordered two things: the basic ``Feast Ton Soup Set Meal (Barley Miso/Medium Rice)'' with fried horse mackerel added, and the ``Motsu Nikomi Ton Soup Set Meal (Large Rice).'' The food came out in 5 minutes or not. The feast pork soup set meal was delicious, with the slightly sweet and mellow taste of the barley miso combined with the delicious flavor of the nearly 7 slices of pork belly. In the photo, it doesn't look like there are that many offal in the stew pork soup, but when you scoop it up with a spoon, it comes out from the bottom and is very filling. Also, the offal is not chewy, but crispy enough to bite into. It had a refreshing taste and was easy to eat even for people who are not particularly fond of offal.
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy hearty pork soup. For part of the regular menu, you can choose between rice miso and barley miso, making this restaurant irresistible for barley miso lovers. Also, the limited edition chilled pork soup that I received the other day was delicious and refreshing, perfect for summer. I don't know if the period I went was a coincidence or if it was always, but you can get a free fried horse mackerel coupon for a limited time when you check out, so you can eat fried horse mackerel for free the next time you visit. It's a wonderful restaurant where you can eat pork and fried horse mackerel while also getting plenty of vegetables and tofu. The only drawback is that the seats are a little narrow. However, it seems natural when you consider the taste, volume, and price.
