When you look inside the tamagoyaki, you'll see a soft and fluffy egg, and it's filled with mentaiko cheese! Of course the taste is great! The best tamagoyaki I've ever had at an izakaya! Eggs and mentaiko cheese really go together! It’s delicious! ・Mimiga with ponzu sauce It's been a while since I've eaten mimiga (pig's ears), but it's definitely a great snack to go with alcohol! The crunchy texture of Mimiga is irresistible!
