Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan｜喰い処 稲勝

I went there right after it opened on Sunday, so my family of four was seated right away. I ordered a large serving of loin cutlet and rice, and it was a huge amount. The cutlet is crispy and the sauce is good, but salt is also recommended. The menu is extensive and I wanted to try a lot of things.

I decided to eat lunch when I was out and happened to enter this store. Basically, it's like a tonkatsu restaurant, but there is also a fried seafood set meal, so I think it's easy for people who don't like meat to enter. The fries are crispy and have an elegant taste. The attached sauce has a light taste, so you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients. I went there around noon on a weekday, and there were about 3-4 people who seemed to be regulars. The owner was very pleasant, and he was kind to both regulars and first-timers, and it was a shop that made me want to come again.

In one word, it's delicious! If you want to eat pork cutlet in Hamamatsu, this is definitely the place. The menu is rich and you'll want to go again and again. It's a nice place to be in an unpretentious store. I'll be there again!
