More Comments at Google MapI was here on a business trip! It was near my hotel, so I stopped by. I ordered the ginger grilled set meal, and I think it's a great deal because you can eat it for less than 1,000 yen. The photo shows a large serving of rice.
I visited for the first time for lunch. There were no conspicuous signs, and I was confused at first about the parking lot and signs. When I entered the store, it was small with only 3 counter seats and 3 table seats. There were already two customers who appeared to be regulars. It seems like mom is managing it all by herself. The menu had 6 to 7 different lunch options, including daily lunch specials. There were no daily specials, so I ordered the ginger grill and my wife ordered the homemade hamburger lunch. Because it's handmade, it took a little longer than other products to arrive, but since it was a one-person scam, that's a charm. The ginger grill consists of three thickly-sliced large loin pieces. It's very soft and the sauce goes well with the rice. The hamburgers are truly homemade. It was tender and the meat was juicy. The sauce was also homemade, which set it apart from ready-made products. Set aside with a small side dish, pickled vegetables, and miso soup with a strong dashi stock. It was a feast.
The food is home-cooked and all delicious. Auntie is easy to talk to and I end up staying for a long time. Apparently it closes early on many days, so it's a good idea to call and confirm before going.
