Great miso oden

Kushikatsu Butchi had heard from everyone I knew that it was delicious, so I tried it several times, but I couldn't go because it was full or the last order was taken. It was a bit of a dive, but I was finally able to go. I ordered a light order because I had been to several places. I ordered green onion liver, chicken wings, kushikatsu sauce, three types of light miso and dote miso, salmon tartare, shrimp shiso roll, miso oden with daikon radish, konnyaku, and dote-ni in dote-ni. Negi liver is chicken liver cooked at a low temperature and topped with lots of green onions. The liver was a little dry, but when you eat it with the green onions, you don't notice it and it's delicious. The kushikatsu has a thin batter and is delicious. Salmon Tartar is a delicious tartar sauce with pickles and salmon. Dote Roni is like a sweet ragu pasta. My favorite is the radish in the miso oden. It was simmered in miso stock, which had the perfect texture, and there was no radish smell or spiciness at all, and the miso was mellow, not too strong or too thin, which was great.

This is a restaurant that serves delicious miso oden and kushikatsu. I visited twice. The first time, I stopped by without making a reservation, but there were only two of us, so I was lucky to be able to sit at the counter. (The table was full) I went there with high expectations because of the good reviews, and all the food was delicious and did not disappoint. The first time I visited, it was stated that if you did not make a reservation, you could only order oden as a platter, but on my second visit, there was no such information on the menu, so the system may have changed. is. The oden was especially great, especially the radish and konjac. My girlfriend who went with me was also impressed, so I'm glad I took her with me. I haven't tried many different types of kushikatsu, but my favorites are the miso kushikatsu and the taro simmered. I also love dotani tofu. Next time I would like to try doteroni (macaroni and doteni).
