Shizuoka, Japan｜一心

It was a comfortable shop with a nice atmosphere and a pleasant atmosphere from the master! I stopped by because I like solitary gourmet food. This is my 8th trip to Shizuoka and Yamanashi to see Mt. Fuji! I was finally able to see it. It may be because I visited the main shrine as the master said! It's a homely shop where you can get along well with the customers. I would love to repeat it!

It was absolutely delicious! The famous soup oden has the sharp spiciness of mustard and yuzu? The combination of sourness was exquisite. And the bamboo shoot cutlets are also delicious. Bamboo shoots may have a strong image of being plain, but they are extremely juicy. It became a good memory of my trip to Shizuoka. The manager has a somber appearance, but is friendly and kind. He's really cool as a pub owner. I'll come back later!

I visited an izakaya in Aoba Oden Yokocho that has been in business for over 40 years. The original whiskey and shochu aged in barrels were very delicious. As for food, we recommend the soup oden that was introduced in Kodoku no Gourmet. It's open from 4pm, so it was perfect for me as a no-good person. Drinks start at 500 yen, so be careful not to drink too much 🍺
