A shop located 2-3 minutes walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station A shop that has been on my mind for a long time The entrance is hard to find and the signboard is so small that you might miss it. I can't believe there was a 100 Famous Store in a place like this. Did the reservation start at 15:00? It seems that there are days when it is difficult to make a reservation. I think it depends on the day, so sometimes you can get it normally! There are rules for entering the store, for example, if you are going with two people, you must enter the store at the same time, and it is prohibited to go out to smoke in the middle of the store. However, it's not that it's too strict; the owner is personable and has a kind atmosphere. I'm running the store by myself, so I guess there are rules to keep things from getting too busy. ◎What I ordered this time is✅ Shizuoka Oden (egg, radish, fish cake) Cabosara Chilled shrimp mayonnaise tomato kimchi chicken wings Salted fish and potato butter Shizuoka Oden seems to be the signature menu. One of the three major oden in Japan, oden is eaten with fish soup powder and seaweed. Is it a spliced soup stock? It's so delicious that the flavor soaks into it Chilled Ebimayo is the first. Is it okay to chill? That's what I thought, but it's totally delicious. Refreshing and easy to eat >Addictive tomato kimchi >Cabo sala with whipped cream >Salted fish and potato butter Everything is so delicious that I am completely satisfied. This restaurant is so amazing that you can eat this delicious food and drink for less than 4,000 yen per person. Shops that are confirmed to be revisited. Thank you for your meal
It's been a while since I last visited as I hadn't been there for over 10 years. Now they only accept same-day reservations, and I'm glad that it's easier to make reservations, as before I had to wait months. Alcohol is the most delicious with dashi soup. Even though I don't usually drink, I still had 3 refills. I guess I was lucky that I was able to drink it, as I was told that I couldn't go out to buy kelp very often, so I should keep in mind that I wouldn't have it next time. Shizuoka Oden, which has been around for a long time, is also consistently delicious. We also had green onion toro canape, pumpkin salad, chilled shrimp mayo, and tomato kimchi. I would like to visit you again soon.
