Great izakaya.. proper Japanese food! Recommended if you're looking for a proper Japanese experience

Step back 40 years in time. Everything about this place is in keeping with postwar Japan. The chef is friendly, the waiting staff are incredibly polite, and the food is just wonderful.

Visited for lunch. Daily tuna cutlet 1100 yen. The red miso soup and rice were free to refill, and the small bowl of oden was delicious. Of course, the tuna cutlet was extremely delicious. The chefs fried the food right in front of me, so I could experience the live experience. The restaurant has a counter and private rooms, making it perfect for lunch with multiple people.
