This place is exquisite. I discovered so many new delicious flavours. Everything is delicately prepared with expertise and gently served on a specific and cute dish plate. For the price, it’s a culinary experience that is hard to reproduce. This is not your average izakaya. The staff is really nice and the food is served quite fast. I would definitely recommend. I think I’ll come back if I get the chance.

Local Japanese Comfort Food at its best! Soup is sweet and tasty. Red Konnyaku is my first time tasting. Unique texture I must say. Visited twice continuously for supper when We(four of us) were in Tokyo. Restuarant Location is a bit difficult to find. (Small Road Alley beside a Subway Line/Track) Worth the effort to search out this restuarant. Recommended!

Okubo has needed a place like this for a long time. This new restaurant has a cool interior, a skilled chef, and friendly service. We had the o-banzai selection, grilled mackerel, and the daikon, chicken, and kinuagedoufu oden. The chicken leg oden falls off the bone. There's a good selection of sake too. I'll be back regularly!
