I was passing by and found a new おでん store near my home! All the dishes I ordered were delicious. It’s no exaggeration to say that they are delicious when you close your eyes. The original intention was to have a drink, but it turned into a big meal = =

A newly opened oden izakaya in Gotanda I never thought I would open an oden shop in the summer, but it turned out to be a huge success! ! The place was full and there were a few people waiting outside. There are two types of oden: chin stock and chicken stock. Rather than being able to choose the soup stock, it was decided in advance. The chin soup stock consists of relatively standard ingredients. The chicken stock seems to be mainly meat-based. There was no oden platter, which is usually left to the store. I think it will be a comfortable store with a sense of cleanliness but also familiarity. It's sure to be crowded when it gets cooler. I will use it again.

Visit around 9pm on public holidays Some items are already sold out, indicating that this is a popular store. I ordered a few oden dishes while sipping on some dashi soup to finish my drink. The soup stock and finish seem to be different depending on the ingredients, so it takes a lot of time and effort. Next time I want to go early and enjoy a lot of things.
