5/2022 Finally got to come on a Wednesday evening… so many people in the tiny place! Glad we had made a reservation. Love the concept- local foods and ingredients. Quality ingredients. Fresh vegetables and fish were very nice. Employees weren’t there that night so owner seemed extremely busy and the dishes did take some time to be delivered. At one point we just asked for a few things of his choice. Also can’t forget the sake and shochu, a variety to choose from. Not sure how many glasses I had :) The friendly owner is interested in his customers. Got to have a bit of conversation with him as he cleaned up the table next to ours. He said he has been running the place for fifteen years?? Glad we got to visit, one of our last dinners out in Yokosuka.

The store has a nice atmosphere in the style of an old folk house. The food and drinks made with Yokosuka ingredients are the best! It starts at 3pm, so you can get sick from before it's daylight.
