Im not one to fall in love with overly crowded and busy restaurants, but the quality of food, speed at which it arrived, and friendliness of the staff is hard to pass up 5 stars. Being a chef myself I needed to try the tsukune( chicken and pork meatball) outstanding flavor, pork skewer was average(delicious) the beef tounge, kimchi and fried squid were all above average in their flavor and texture. If I ever return to Kawasaki this will be on my list for sure. I don't like restaurants that are too crowded and busy, but the quality of the food, the speed of arrival, and the friendliness of the staff are hard to ignore 5 stars. Being a chef myself, I had to try the excellent flavor of Tsukune (chicken and pork meatballs). The pork skewers were average (but tasty), and the beef tongue, kimchi, and fried squid were all above average in taste and texture. If I ever return to Kawasaki, this will definitely be on my list.

You can smoke. Inside the Hoppy Set, depending on the staff, you may be asked to stop pouring. I think the cost performance is good and the food is delicious. It's just subjective though.
