I went to this restaurant without any idea how to speak Japanese. The owner, as well as the locals who were dining at the restaurant, greeted me warmly and the food was beyond amazing. Overall an fantastic place to have Oden food and experience local culture. I will definitely come here again when I visit Osaka next time :)

Sigh, this is a heartwarming oden shop that makes me feel glad that I’m Japanese 🍢💕 Instead of arranging everything you order on a single plate, they carefully add toppings and seasonings to each dish, making you feel once again that each odendane is a separate dish. Please be sure to eat the seasonal ingredients. (Bamboo shoots in spring, oysters in winter, etc.) The gentle taste of the soup reflects the personality of the owner, his mother, and the staff. The owner is attentive and chats with you, so it's a fun counter even when you're alone. It's often crowded with people returning from work and families, so reservations are recommended. When I passed by during the day, I saw a very solid door... Was it a dream to eat oden here last night? It doesn't have much of a presence during the day...I also like that gap. The inside of the store is very clean and has a cleanliness rating of 120 points 💮 They also do takeout. Please bring a pot or Tupperware with you.
