Today's oden is daikon radish, meatballs, chikuwa, eggs, and konnyaku. The radish is soft and has a rich flavor! The dashi soup is also delicious, and I just drink it. The eggs are also well flavored. I agree with my friend that oden to eat in summer is also good. ・Hakata skewers → Stewed chicken skewers, the specialty of this restaurant. There are 7 types, and you order one at a time. 7 types of chicken thighs, chicken wings, chicken dumplings, duck meatballs, bones, chicken skin, and breast. The moment you pull out the skewer, it's soft! And I'm convinced that this is delicious even before eating. The skewers that have been slowly simmered in the sauce are all tender! This also goes great with wine. The softness is the best because it is simmered using Hakata miso and chin soup stock. And the consistency of the sauce is perfect. The drinks go well.
