Kumagaya, Saitama, Japan｜Udon Dining Minori

Delicious udon and we stayed a bit until after closing without realizing and the staff were so kind and accommodating!

I was surprised that the soup of udon noodles with 5 types of mushrooms was full of toppings. The kinpira garnish and dipping sauce are great. I later realized that you can also have net-mori, so next time I go, I'll try net-mori. The curry and Western style udon noodles also looked delicious.

It's hot in Kumagaya, and I was looking for something easy to eat... and I found here. I ordered "Rich Soy Milk Mentaiko Tsukemen" and "Chikuwa Isobe Fried", which was the correct answer. It's freshly fried, and it's crispy and fluffy, and it's very delicious. The soy milk soup was also delicious.
