I can’t say enough about how delicious it is, especially the freshness of the sashimi ingredients and the diverse selection of Japanese sake. I want to try almost every kind. Will definitely visit again!!

I stopped by looking for a restaurant near Kofu Station where I could enjoy local cuisine and local sake, and it turned out to be a restaurant that made me want to stay longer. The raw horse sashimi was delicious. It was my first time to eat horse liver sashimi. It's fresh, delicious, and the customer service is great. He suggested a local sake that would go well with the food, and it became a very fond memory. The tamaki tamago (rolled egg rolls) that you can take home is exquisite. I forgot to take a photo. We look forward to seeing you again when you come to Kofu.

Visited to drink Tanizakura's sake almost at the same time as the store opened. There are about 8 seats at a glance at the counter, about 4 seats for 2 people, and 4 tatami mats that can accommodate 6 people? It's about as wide as it looks from the outside. The toilet was clean and stylish. In terms of the width of the entrance door, it feels like you can't enter as it is in a wheelchair. There is a step at the entrance, so it's probably okay if you have assistance, but the toilet is too narrow for a wheelchair. With help, it's probably fine. I tasted things that were a bit too much to buy in bottles, such as cherry blossoms and grains of bitterness. There was no tasting menu, but it felt more like an izakaya specializing in Tanizakura (Tanizakura) rather than a brewery izakaya, and there was beer and whiskey. The main dish is oden. The daikon radish was huge, and the grated daikon radish was perfect for the Japanese sake. It seems that there were horse sashimi and sea bream sashimi, but this time I wanted to drink a lot, so I held back. I want to eat dashimaki egg next time. I don't know if it's a sake izakaya or not, but I felt comfortable going there alone. Beer may be more expensive than other stores in the area. When it comes to sake, if you're someone like me who's trying to conquer all of Tanizakura's sake at a reasonable price, it's a good idea to visit. Infectious diseases were also taken care of, and it was a very clean and nice atmosphere. Maybe as soon as a new employee enters a part-time job? It was around that time (I went on April 13th), so I wasn't used to it yet, but it made me smile. It's hard until you get used to it, but I felt like I was hired as a part-time job that wanted me to mainly help the store owner, so I think I'll be able to do it as soon as I understand the position of the part-time job. Either way, the shopkeeper seemed to have a hard time, but do your best. Especially since it's spring, I think it's good to be gentle, polite, and little by little.
