Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜君作そば店

This is where I stop by on my way back to Kofu. Lately, I've been with my father. This time with my wife. I ate too much last night Chilled tanuki soba. I wanted to eat ramen and meat bowl... This store is right next to Kaiterasu. The staff's response is excellent. The members change a lot since it's a grave visit. The easy-to-reach location, the cleanliness of the store, and the attentiveness of the staff make it a great place to visit anytime. I'll be visiting again next year. I'm looking forward to it.

I happened to stop at a traffic light, and saw the "Torimotsu-don" on my left. At first, I was planning to get only Torimotsu, but I was recommended a set and it turned out to be a great answer. I liked the taste, consideration, atmosphere. Next time, I would like to ask for hoto.

This restaurant is open for lunch until 3pm, where you can enjoy a relaxing meal. There are chairs and a tatami room, so it seems like it can accommodate more than 5 people, and there is also a tatami room if you are bringing children. There is also a parking lot in front of the store. Many places around here have last orders at 1:30 pm and close at 2:00 pm, so I'm very grateful that I can eat until 3:00 pm! ! We were sightseeing and became refugees for lunch, but Kimisaku-san saved us! I came to the store around 2:15pm on weekdays, I had the zaru soba, mini cutlet bowl, and zaru soba and tempura set. Katsudon is not mini. Isn't there one serving of both katsudon and zaru soba? It was a very satisfying menu with the volume I expected! The cutlet and rice were soaked in sauce and had a bit of a strong taste, but they were so delicious that you couldn't stop eating them. The soba noodles are cold and go down smoothly. Is soup a soup? It was like (not miso soup) and the flavor was a little strong, but it was delicious. It also came with a salad and a small side dish, and the small side of stewed lotus root had a homey taste and was very delicious. The small bowl wasn't enough...it was so delicious that I wanted to eat more. The tempura had a crispy batter, and the shrimp in particular was plump and delicious, and my husband was impressed that the tempura had an aftertaste that wasn't too heavy. You can also feel the restaurant's commitment to the zaru soba noodles, cutlet bowls, and tableware that each bowl has "Kimi-made" written on it. The restroom was a different space that was completely different from the atmosphere of the store lol Once you pass through the noren of the restroom, you will enter a different world lol I mean it in a good way.
