Okazaki, Aichi, Japan｜Daijuji Soba-ya

This is a soba restaurant located one street away from the main street. The store name is Daijuji, but it is located in Hane-cho. This time I ordered "Sanshiki Soba" here. Three types of soba were served in a colander, and I was able to enjoy the different textures and aromas of each! I think I want to go again.

I had mori soba, oroshi soba, and a mini tempura bowl. Both have one plate of inaka soba and one plate of 100 percent soba. I'm a big eater so I didn't have enough so I also had a mini tempura bowl. Not only the soba but also the soup was extremely delicious in my opinion! This might be my favorite of the 5 soba restaurants I went to around Okazaki. Cash only.

Soba tofu and wasa before soba noodles. For soba, I had Nishiki Soba. Just a board... It was a bit disappointing, but other Soba tofu and Nishiki Soba were very delicious😋🍴💕 Ichiban Shibori Beer🍺 The glass was chilled and it was also very delicious. This is a shop I want to go to again 👍✨
