‘A small odeng bar where the owner is very friendly’ A very small oden bar with 2 counter seats and 2 tatami tables. The store was small, so it was nice to feel the unique Japanese bar atmosphere. If you don't want to try Shizuoka oden in the typical oden streets, this is a restaurant worth visiting at least once. If you order oden, I recommend trying other skewers other than oden. (It's a bit disappointing that the oden doesn't have a chewy texture). A restaurant with great atmosphere.

It was my first trip alone, and on the first day, I found it while looking for an Odeng bar near my accommodation. I understand Japanese roughly, but I'm not very good at it, so ordering was difficult, so it was nice that they kindly explained it to me. I felt like I received a very pleasant welcome from the first day, thanks to the constant conversation using the translator and the menu recommendations. It was decorated with posters of favorite singers, and it seemed like a pleasant store loved by everyone, whether first-time visitors or friends and uncles. I don't usually eat radishes, but it was really delicious, and the fish mix you recommended...? I can't quite remember the name, but the recommended menu item called fish sushi was also very delicious! And since I couldn't eat dinner, I ate Yakisoba, which was also very delicious. I wanted to eat again on the last day before going back, so I went back without eating much dinner on purpose, but it was a shame that they said they were closed on Sundays🥲 I highly recommend this restaurant. Is the south side of Shizuoka station a downtown area? I wonder if the general, who was born and raised here, is a Shizuoka native at heart. It seems that the owner's grandmother ran a shop that served oden, and you can't miss the pure Shizuoka oden here, which has faithfully recreated the taste of the oden.♪ The oden is delicious as you listen to the story of the area around Shizuoka Station during the owner's childhood. ~.
