My family and I used it on October 24th. I was originally planning to go to another store. That place was closed, and the person I went with recommended this place. went. Relaxing in a quiet store It was a shop with a nice atmosphere. Order on your tablet If I didn't understand, I could ask the staff and place my order. However, the menu may change depending on what is purchased that day. The photo of the food was set to NO PHOTO. I thought it would be easier to ask for a photo if there was a photo. I also ordered grilled and fried foods. I was happy that it was served without a long wait. All the flavors were delicious. All the food that came out was a complete meal. Everyone who went there returned satisfied. It's not cheap at all I can't go there many times, but I would definitely like to go again. I especially liked the wagyu beef tempura and the overnight dried beef.

This miso sauce is wonderful, with a strong miso flavor that has a salty seafood flavor, and the egg yolk brings together the strong flavor. This also pairs well with high-quality sashimi, creating an exquisite bite. You can enjoy changing the taste with condiments, or add dashi soup at the end to enjoy it as chazuke, making it a great dish. When I asked about it, it seemed like it was an original dish served by a group here, and not a local dish, but it seems like it's only a matter of time before it becomes one of Shimizu's signature dishes. The quality is worth coming just for this. [Shimizu giblet curry stew] Famous specialty. The curry itself looks like a high-quality Japanese-style black curry, and it comes with a small piece of French bread to eat with it. Apparently you can eat the original one nearby, but it seems like the flavor has changed a bit, so it's worth eating on its own. [Sakura shrimp kakiage] This is also a specialty of Shimizu. You can feel the abundance of shrimp. Succulent. [Spring vegetable tempura] Assorted spring vegetables. It was delicious, but I felt like a regular tempura platter with fish and other items would have been better for the same price. [Overview] I happened to be passing by and entered the store, but it turned out to be a great decision. It was great, with a great atmosphere and a great storefront. Customer service is also elegant and polite. A super high-quality restaurant where you can enjoy food with a first-class restaurant atmosphere at regular izakaya prices. I would definitely like to go again.
