The hostess personally prepares the dishes using a Japanese knife and serves carefully and beautifully presented dishes. If you are in Mishima and want to make some time for yourself, we recommend you visit our store. Since most of the customers are business people, it's relatively quiet on Saturday nights in this day and age, so it looks like they'll open if you have a reservation. The signature menu item ``Shizuoka Oden'' was closed until this fall. The amazing ``Tsugidashi'' and ``Sashimori'' from Suruga Bay are must-orders. This is a store that I want to protect with care. I ate Shizuoka Oden for the first time. Camembert fries, shumai, were delicious, and the sake was delicious.

Everything is delicious, but especially the sashimi is a must! Kawahagi liver soy sauce is so delicious that it makes you shiver.
