When I first visited the restaurant, I looked at the menu and honestly thought, ``700 yen is too expensive for yakisoba.'' However, when I ate it, the noodles were crispy and chewy, and I left the restaurant satisfied with the flavor of the sauce. It may be more expensive than the yakisoba you make yourself, but the noodles and flavor that you can't make yourself, the chewy and crunchy thick hand-made noodles, and the buchi-uma sauce. It's really delicious. I haven't been able to forget it since I got back, and since it's far from home, I finally had the chance to repeat it for the second time the other day. For women, the regular portion (700 yen) will fill you up. For men, it would be a special meal or a set meal. This time I had fried egg topping (100 yen). It was delicious♪

These noodles are chewy and similar to those from Mikasa, a yakisoba specialty restaurant in Jimbocho, Tokyo. The sauce was not too sweet and went well with the noodles. This is a restaurant where you can feel the spirit of the yakisoba that they serve with great care.

It was my first visit, but the flat, curly noodles are distinctive and go well with the thick sauce. I decided to visit again because of the clean interior and good customer service♡
