At that time, there was redevelopment in front of the station, and fashionable new shops were opening in Tamamiya-cho, and it was so crowded that it was difficult to walk on weekends. Because of this situation, all the shops are overcrowded. Although he became independent in such a situation, he said, "I want to cook only for customers who come to eat my food." We purposely set up a shop at the farthest end of the restaurant street from the station. Because I chose such a difficult path, I had a hard time attracting customers at first, but eventually it spread by word of mouth and became a popular restaurant. And we decided to move to a larger location, but again, we didn't move near the station and moved a little further away. This commitment is also amazing, but the dishes that Mr. Saito makes are exceptional, and he always provides dishes that are very particular. When I look at the reviews of restaurants, they say that the oden is delicious, but I almost never eat oden. The oden is also delicious, so I would like to eat it, but the best food is the best if you make a special request, so I always ask you to leave it to me. I also went to eat oden at first, but other customers who came were eating things that were not on the menu, so which dish was that? When I asked, the person over there was my senior and always offered a different menu. If you don't mind, how about making it the way you like it next time? That's the beginning of the special menu. This time I haven't been able to go for a long time due to the corona sickness, so it's been 4 years since I've visited, but I'm going with an important business partner executive, so I'll ask for a delicious one!
