Gifu, Japan｜花串バル

Although it says 'izakaya', the level is relatively high here. The dishes served are nicely arranged, local and really tasty. You can get Hida beef here! The place is not too far from JR Gifu station, walking along a lively street of pubs, bars, restaurants and izakayas.

When I was looking for a ramen shop to finish my meal, I saw ramen on the front, and at the entrance they had bowls of live loaches, saw crabs, and clams, which looked interesting. I was guided to my seat by the most energetic and experienced employee and sat down. I later found out that this person was the manager of the bar and the main store (lol) Well, let's finish today's drink with Moretti. So, I ordered clams and sawa crab. It seems like you can choose how you want to cook it, but I'm going to go with Omakase♪ The clams are delicious and the flesh is crispy. Sawa crab is simply fried. It's a nostalgic taste that I ate when I was a kid♪ The presentation is fashionable and interesting. I wanted to eat loach and ramen, but I gave up because of the belly button. I was surprised at how cheap the bill was. This place has also been added to my list of restaurants in Gifu that I want to visit again. I would like to recommend it to my friends. Feast Sama~

Extensive menu and drinks The soup stock is just delicious!! I had so much ramen. I will go again ☆
