The food is prepared after you order, so it takes a while for it to come out, but it's a very delicious restaurant. It's not steamed, just grilled, so it doesn't have the fluffy feel of the Kanto region, and it's not as crispy, but I think it's the best eel restaurant I've eaten at in the past.
