This restaurant was opened independently by the manager of Oyama, a famous motsu nabe restaurant. Not only the offal hot pot, but also the sweet and sour offal, horse sashimi, and other a la carte dishes are as good as any restaurant in Hakata. You can also drink as much alcohol as you want, including barley from Hakata Kojoro, sweet potatoes from Kurogiri, and rice from Nagareki. The Japanese sake is also sourced from Hakata no Mori and is of high quality. It has the feel of becoming a famous restaurant in Kawasaki, and I want to support it.
Motsu nabe was very delicious! The manager was very friendly and the atmosphere was such that even if you came alone you could enjoy the atmosphere. Not only the giblet hot pot, but also the special menu items were all elaborate, and the seasonal ice cream was also very delicious! I would like to stop by again when I go to Kawasaki.
