I was walking and looking for a late dinner when I came across Daime-san. I ate motsu nabe and sashimi (amberjack and striped horse mackerel on this day)! The offal was plump and had a melt-in-the-mouth texture, and the soup stock was just right, not too salty or too thin! The vegetables include large cabbage, chives, burdock, and silken tofu. The staff will take care of the motsu nabe until it's ready to eat and the rice porridge to finish it off! The amberjack and striped horse mackerel served with sweet Kyushu soy sauce were both fresh and thickly cut and very delicious.

I went on October 3rd! In particular, the customer service of the female staff was wonderful, and the delicious food was even more delicious! Although the food is delicious, there are not many customers so you can eat quietly! I love yam fries!

I went there just before closing time, but they were kind enough to show me around. I ordered all at once 10 minutes before the last order, and the food came out quickly. Every single item was delicious. The draft beer is Premol. My cell phone was out of charge, and while I was waiting for it to be charged at the restaurant, I told them that I wanted to take photos of the food, and each time I asked, they brought my cell phone over and were polite. I would like to visit the store again if I have a chance.
