Yukhoe bowl is a bowl of yukhoe that is mixed with a savory salt sauce and when eaten with rice, it has a rich and firm taste, but when you break an egg and mix it in, it becomes mellow and goes perfectly with the rice. Under the yukhoe, perilla leaves were spread, and although it was rich, I could eat it without feeling crappy until the end. I thought the fresh cream-like cheese was a salty cream cheese type, but it was a sweet dessert-like dish.
