No matter what you eat, it's delicious! There was no deviation. The salt of the motsunabe recommended by the staff has been ditched! Sesame mackerel sashimi is also served with hot egg sauce, but it is delicious! The sashimi is fresh, and the white meat goes well with sweet Kyushu soy sauce. The staff's response was also good, and I was able to enjoy the feeling of being in a small restaurant. No repeat mistake
It's on the 2nd floor of a building, so I'm not sure how crowded it is, but I stopped by for the first time in a while. There's a sign for a yakitori restaurant at the entrance, so I'm not sure which one to go to... When you go up the narrow stairs, you will be greeted by a staff member. Please note that you will need to take off your shoes. (holes in socks and women) There are Hakata specialties, but I chose Motsu nabe (990 yen). I chose the spicy flavor. When I added garlic, the flavor came together and it was delicious. To finish, I ate Champon noodles (250 yen) and Ojiya (250 yen). She added more soup without me having to say anything. We also recommend the iron pot gyoza (large pot, 13 pieces) for 780 yen. The garlic isn't very effective, but the meat is juicy and when you add the yuzu and pepper, it's delicious. There were also about 8 pieces of sardine sashimi (350 yen), which were delicious. Usually, sardines etc. have a fishy smell, but it's not fishy at all. Drinks are not so expensive, such as premol (430 yen), fresh lemon sour (380 yen), and super carbonated highball (350 yen). Most expensive places are priced at 1.5 times as much. For some reason, the highball was 280 yen during the campaign... When I went home, I noticed that it was written at the entrance, and when I looked at the receipt, it was right. I wonder if the clerk didn't tell me on purpose... (lol) There are separate toilets for men and women, and there seems to be one each. . It would be a problem if you stayed too long...but still, it seemed like the structure was designed with some consideration for the people waiting. (I can't see the face of the person waiting by the noren.) The staff's attitude is good and they will answer any questions you have. Seriously, it's one of the nicest places to be if you don't have noisy customers. (When I went there before, the other customers were really annoying and I didn't like that...) Well, it was empty this time, so I'm really glad. It seems to be open from 15:00, so I recommend this restaurant.
