There are so many types of hot pot that you will be spoiled for choice. The oysters and motsu have an indescribably good balance, and the soup stock is also delicious. There is a wide variety of drinks, and I enjoyed the Japanese sake. Mountain delicacies, sea delicacies, and alcohol are the perfect combination. Perfect for cold winter!
