Visited in September 2023. It is on the 1st floor of the building on the right as soon as you pass through the Kabukicho Ichibangai gate. The store is bright and you can see what's going on from outside. The store was clean and had just opened in August. When I made a reservation at 6pm on weekdays and entered the restaurant, there were still seats available, but by 7pm it was full, so reservations are recommended. Although it is called a motsuyaki restaurant, there is also a wide variety of izakaya menus, so even if you don't like motsu, you don't have to worry! A system where you order by scanning the QR code on the table with your smartphone. There is also a menu, so I compared the items before ordering. The appetizer cabbage comes with miso, which was really delicious! I kept it and added it to the rice to finish it off. The skewers were fragrant with the aroma of charcoal, and the core was grilled rare and delicious. It's also nice that one skewer has enough volume. I also ordered "Tan Yukhoe" which I liked at Shibaura Hormone located at the west exit. The tongue, which has a bit more texture than red meat, was mixed with the seasonings, egg yolk, and sauce, and it was definitely delicious. ``Fried eggplant dip'' was more filling than I expected. The seasoning was a little strong, and I really liked the taste of the soup. ``Perilla leaf rice ball'' is a large rice ball placed on a luxurious piece of seaweed. Two people shared it. The leaves have a flavor. It seems like motsu nabe will also be available in the fall. I love motsu nabe so I want to eat it~
