I came here for the first time in a while after the state of emergency was declared on 5/30. It had a stable atmosphere and was delicious. They seem to have started offering takeout, so 700 yen might be a good deal.

This is a building that houses a somewhat stylish restaurant. I went to an Italian restaurant on the 4th floor, and I was satisfied with the amount of food for the price. However, there was a feeling of being in a closed room, and it felt airtight, and that was the only thing that was a little disappointing.
