It is a salty stew. Moreover, the only ingredient is ``offal''! (The tofu is simmering in the bottom of the pot, but that seems to be a separate menu.) No radish or konnyaku! As a stew lover, I was very happy. The taste is refreshing. You can drink the soup to the last drop. There's no odor either. There was also skewers, but I was obsessed with giblets... There seem to be a lot of regular customers, but if you do it normally, you'll be fine. The staff's response is also good. It's comfortable. And it's always full.
