I've been wanting to eat motsuyaki since yesterday, so I thought I should stop by somewhere, but I almost gave up on the fact that many of the restaurants were closed on Tuesdays. After getting off at Toyoharu Station, I found a nice looking store and went for a quick walk! When I opened the door, I was surprised to see that the restaurant was almost full (゜o゜; There were 3 seats available at the counter so I was able to pass through (sweat). I ordered five skewers and three types of omakase sashimi. I picked a snack that was placed in place of an appetizer, took a sip, and waited. The first dish served was low-temperature-cooked meat sashimi. Front lever, upper right tongue, upper left rice camera (should have been). The rice has just the right amount of fat and is delicious♪ The kashira, skirt steak, and komekami skewers that were served next were also delicious (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠) Komekami, which was delicious when sashimied, is also delicious when grilled! The liver that was served next was crispy around the edges, but the inside was rare and delicious♪ It's delicious no matter what you eat(⁠人⁠*⁠´⁠∀⁠｀⁠)⁠｡⁠*ﾟ⁠+ In addition, the boiled tofu and wood ear mushroom ponzu sauce that I ordered were also good picks, and the unusual skewered pork belly wrapped in pickled ginger and konnyaku were also delicious.

I visited this shop for the first time at the end of last year because I had been interested in it for a long time, and it was a very nice shop. The skewers, offal hotpot, pork sashimi, and vegetables were all really delicious.I really recommend the pork sashimi tongue sashimi and temple sashimi. I don't eat out at all because I don't drink alcohol and I don't like the atmosphere of pubs, but at Sano-san, all the staff are kind and the restaurant has a great atmosphere, and even if you eat a full meal, it's reasonably priced. I go there regularly because you can get a lot of delicious food for a reasonable price, and I love it so much that I've introduced it to my friends and acquaintances!
