Saitama, Japan｜もつやき どらごん

I always passed by this store and was curious about it, so I went in for the first time the other day. The photo shows the famous Stamina Yaki. This sauce was so delicious that I ended up buying some on the way home. In addition to Stamina Yaki, I personally recommend Shiro Liver. It's a very homey shop with good customer service from the staff.

Excellent taste. Whatever you eat is delicious. The inside of the restaurant is also spacious, with plenty of seating for one person. The staff are energetic and pleasant, but when there aren't many customers, they become man-marked, and while I'm happy to have someone to talk to when I'm alone, I feel a bit pressured. The food is delicious and the manager (?) is a very nice person, so I'm grateful to have a restaurant like this near my home. When I tried to order takeout at the end of the year, I was turned away because they seemed busy, but when I visited a few days later, they seemed to remember and apologized. I was happy.
