I was staying at a nearby hotel so I went to see it. It is a shop with an atmosphere of the Showa era. I was at a loss about the menu, but I ordered the Tendon set. I ate boiled chicken for the first time, but it was very delicious and went well with beer and white rice. I would like to stop by again if I have a chance to go nearby 😊

It's a little far from the downtown area, so there aren't many customers. However, it is about 10 minutes from Kofu Station. We recommend the all-you-can-eat soba set. All-you-can-eat soba noodles, rice, pickles, tempura, and offal stew for 2,100 yen!! ️...But in this day and age, the price had been raised to 2500 yen. I have no choice. The owner, husband and wife, and their son are very friendly and you can enjoy the delicious soba in a quiet and relaxed manner. It's sure to fill you up. By the way, Mr. Okuto's menu, quantity, and thickness of soba noodles vary depending on the restaurant. The soba noodles here are thin, but they are firm and the portions are larger than at other shops.

I found this store while looking for a local store other than a chain store on my way back from climbing the Southern Alps. When I think of Kofu's specialties, I always think of hotou, so I was looking for something different and found a restaurant that is famous for soba and tori offal. Since we were driving, it was important that it wasn't a bar. It would also be great if there was a parking lot. Of course there was. It's just an ordinary soba restaurant, but it was a wonderful set that included zaru soba, salad, chicken offal bowl, and miso soup for less than 1,000 yen. Tori giblets are so-called sweet and spicy liver. Rather than being crunchy, the grilled liver is moist and on top of the bowl. In fact, there were several mountaineers in the store who were also carrying mountain backpacks, and since it was right in front of the station, there were some customers who had just returned from the Southern Alps before boarding the train. The website says it closes at 19:30, so I think it's a soba restaurant that mainly serves lunch. The soba noodles are 2:8, which may vary because they were made at the store. The noodle soup is dark in color, but refreshing and has a modest density. I had a relaxing meal. The chicken offal was similar to what is called a yakitori bowl, and I couldn't find it easily even if I looked for it, so I felt like I had gotten a good deal. I would like to stop by again when I come to the Southern Alps.
