Everyone in Chiba Prefecture should know this, right? This is a takeout specialty store of Obakoya in Hikarimachi. The parking lot is divided into an exit and an entrance, so it's best to check the signs before entering. We recommend skewers with sauce. (Kashira and white giblets are definitely the types.) *20 years ago, Kashira was about 1.5 times bigger than it is now, but I was wondering when it would return to its size, but 20 years have passed without it (tears). Recommended additional ingredients for offal hotpot are: ・Firm tofu (silk tofu crumbles easily) ・Frozen Sanuki udon (preferably made by Yaoko) ・Chopped green onions The taste is just as delicious as Hikarimachi! The male clerk was also someone I had seen before in Hikarimachi.

I tried the motsuyaki sauce. There was no smell and the sauce was delicious. The offal stew that was on sale for a limited time was also delicious!

I bought some salt for offal and tongue, but it had no taste (lol) It was crowded and seemed busy, so I guess it can't be helped! As you can see, the price is cheap! The offal etc. were soft and delicious! Motsunabe doesn't get hot, so you'll need to warm it up at home.
