Even though the sauce is thick, it's not salty! It's so rich that you might think, "Is this beef stew with offal?" Of course, you can finish it off with rice. For the rice, we use Aomori's Aomori's Seiten Takinori (Special A rice)! The rice will be particularly sweet and chewy. For rice, I order extra size (free!) every time. Also comes with pickles and small green onions. You can also use it just for the evening set meal. Please feel free to come by even if you are alone. Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Because my plans to go to another store were full. I came here in a hurry. I ate a large portion of the boiled offal set meal. It was very delicious.
