Matsusaka, Mie, Japan｜Uotami

I visited around 20:00 on 7/16. Before that, the nearby izakaya I went to for dinner was so bad that I ordered only the first drink and sashimi and left the restaurant. The customer service didn't make me want to order more. I happened to find Uomin just a short walk across the street, so I went in. First, I was struck by how quiet it was, hard to believe that it was the same pub. And the staff are smiling and polite! I don't know his name because I didn't see his name tag, but I think he's a college student. He was a man in his 20s with clear eyes, but he was very nice. When listening to our orders, he knelt down and looked us in the eye, and even when our children were in no hurry to order, he kindly explained to us, ``We have this kind of thing.'' The child was impressed and said, ``I can't believe the store clerk got down on his knees!'' At the store in front of me, I was standing there looking down with no expression on my face, it was so noisy that I couldn't tell if anyone could hear my order, they didn't reply to me, and they didn't even repeat it to me. It seems that there was something that made me feel that way. There was no wait time for the food to be served, the presentation was neat, and the food was served with care. I had fun with the kids and it was delicious. I want to eat more things, but I can't anymore! It seemed like the children, who had small appetites, were able to enjoy their meals until they were full, and I was able to have a good time as well. I also used the smoking area and restrooms, and they were both well kept, and the store overall, including the inside, was very clean. When I asked where the smoking area was, the person in the kitchen told me (I thought it was the manager, but I'm sorry if I'm wrong). The person's explanation was concise and thorough, and his language was accurate. I felt really bad when I entered the first shop on my trip, but thanks to Mr. Uomin, I was purified. I was able to spend the end of the day happily, thank you very much!
