More Comments at Google MapWhen you want to eat offal stew I'll be the first to come here. Offal is stewed and soft I feel it has a strong taste though Thanks to that, the meal goes on and on. Oh my gosh (*^o^*) I always eat green onions! It's a meal ticket style and it's served very quickly. The parking lot is shared and can accommodate about 10 cars. There are two entrances Please be careful of the lane m(_ _)m
I ordered a stewed set meal. The offal is huge. Even the regular serving of rice is filling. Actually, I'm not very good at boiled motsu. However, the simmered offal here is good. Excellent seasoning. The reason why I don't like offal is because of its smell, taste, and rubberiness. Of course, such negative elements are suppressed as much as possible here. However, of course, it has a certain smell because it is boiled offal. If you are like that, you should ask for a spicy one. The flavors are well balanced when cooked. Even with normal stewed motsu, it feels good to sprinkle chili peppers. The shibazuke, pickled radish, and dried sardines sprinkled on the desk are also delicious. It was delicious. However, simmered motsu isn't a set meal, but it's just right to have a small amount of simmered vegetables with sake. The most surprising thing was that there were a lot of takeout people. It must be loved by locals.
Visited for brunch. Order the motsu stew moon viewing set for 1,200 yen. I ordered a medium amount of rice and had a bowl of rice. The rice is really rich... Probably around 300 grams. In the end, I couldn't finish eating the whole thing lol However, the rice, which was cooked a little softer and dried to a smooth surface, was very sweet, fragrant, and delicious. I feel like I'm cooking good rice very well. It seems like they have small portions, but if it's your first time at a restaurant, you don't know the standard, so you might order a medium size. I would be happy if there was a small refill. Food waste is also a problem, so I want to order as much as I can comfortably eat. If you're a hungry young man, go for the large one or the extra 50 yen (lol). If you're around 50, you won't be hungry till night with Tsukimi Tororo, lol. Now. It's stew with motsu, but is it just a single part? The type that is boiled until fluffy and tender. It smells good and is delicious probably because it is mixed with red miso. However, although there are plenty of good green onions, in the second half of the season, the stickiness starts to melt, and the stew becomes bitter and smelly. If you are sensitive to the bitter taste of green onions, it may be better to omit the green onions (is that possible?) or avoid them altogether. It may just be a coincidence, so just for your information. It was quite tasty except for the green onions. The miso soup used a different type of miso than the motsu stew and was very delicious. Pretty good. Meshi, miso soup, and Tsukimi Tororo are seriously perfect. There was a pop-up in the store that said to drizzle soy sauce on it, but was it a coincidence that I couldn't find any soy sauce, or was it because they were trying to avoid licking it? Also, the chili pepper didn't have any aroma and was just spicy and not delicious. I like spicy food...I think this is good. All I can say is green onions... I think everything else is almost perfect. was delicious. If I'm going to do a repeat purchase, I'll probably take it home. Thank you for the meal!
