This is a delicious kushikatsu restaurant where the proprietress is very friendly and nice! I fell in love with Kushikatsu during my trip to Kansai, and on the day I returned, I was looking for Kushikatsu near Sannomiya Station and found this restaurant with great reviews. It was before 6:00pm on a weekday evening, so it was very empty, so I ordered the 12-piece omakase set and the individual items. Each skewer seemed to be fried at the perfect timing depending on the ingredients, and I was very impressed with how delicious each skewer was. I definitely want to visit when I go to Kobe! ! The response from the owner and the landlady is wonderful. They will be considerate and bring you a blanket, and they will come to listen to your order at just the right time. And above all, the kushikatsu is delicious! Shrimp is the best. It's rare to have such firm shrimp on a skewer. Kasujiru is also recommended in winter.
