Did the 9 piece meal set with my friend and did some drinking as well. Everything here was fantastic. They were able to bring drinks and first salad course out quickly. From there, each skewer was hand-made, fried and directly brought to you. We talked with the master and his wife for a bit at the shop. It turns out the master is actually from Fukushima prefecture!! He said his secret is that he never uses any frozen food. All the food prepared is what he bought at the market that very morning.

Kushiage restaurant in Takanawadai. The skewers are exquisite, and the ingredients and the way they are fried are perfect. The fried prawns, yuba, and tofu skewers were especially delicious. There is a wide range of a la carte dishes, from sashimi to Chinese food, and they are all as delicious as any specialty restaurant. I wouldn't be impressed if the price was higher, but it's reasonable considering the material. There are many types of alcohol, and it is suitable as an izakaya. However, alcohol may be expensive compared to the dormitory.

I've been here before at night, but this is the first time I've been here for lunch. A set of fried horse mackerel and chicken cutlet costs 1,000 yen. The layout was different from when we had dinner before due to corona measures, and the space between the tables was vacant. I also came at a time when it was not crowded. The fried skewers are really delicious, so of course you can only see fried food at lunch. The fried horse mackerel matched the flavor of the horse mackerel when it was freshly fried, and I was able to enjoy a set meal that was different from a normal set meal shop. The chicken cutlet is also meaty enough to go with rice. Sauce, mustard, rice and miso soup, sometimes simmered garnishes! It was a very satisfying lunch, throwing each item into my mouth. When working from home, lunch becomes a hassle and tends to be easy without leaving the room, but sometimes it's nice to eat lunch outside! I will go again.
